Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the slopk platform. By creating an account or accessing any service on slopk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
slopk is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age is verified by CNIC during KYC. Minors are prohibited from registering or playing.
Each Pakistani player may hold only one slopk account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
CNIC-based identity verification is required before any PKR withdrawal is processed. slopk may request KYC documents at any time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and slopk ("slopk", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the slopk website located at slopk.com and all related services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming products offered through the slopk platform.
By registering an account, accessing the slopk platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the slopk platform.
slopk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the slopk platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. The slopk platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. slopk will verify your age through KYC documentation, including your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, and all funds in the account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered slopk account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. slopk reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your profile promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or closure.
2.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slopk account credentials, including your registered Pakistani mobile number and password. Any activity that occurs under your slopk login credentials is your responsibility. You must notify slopk support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. slopk does not guarantee that its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing slopk is lawful in your location. slopk accepts no liability for any breach of local law or regulation arising from your use of the platform.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slopk accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. slopk may add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to change and will be displayed in the account cashier at the time of transaction. slopk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. slopk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud checks, or review of unusual account activity. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the banking institution.
3.4 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained lawfully. slopk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If slopk identifies that deposited funds originate from a source other than the account holder's own verified payment method, the account may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.
3.5 Fraud Prevention. slopk operates comprehensive anti-fraud and anti-money laundering monitoring. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or other abusive practices, may be suspended immediately and referred to relevant authorities. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be voided.
4.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible slopk accounts as specified in individual promotion terms. slopk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion. Where a bonus is offered, the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to that bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
4.3 Abuse Prevention. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using software to exploit bonus terms, or making deposits and withdrawals with the sole intention of withdrawing bonus funds without genuine gameplay — is strictly prohibited. slopk reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
4.4 Promotions Subject to Change. slopk may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and for any reason. Any such changes will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.
5.1 Game Rules. All casino games available on slopk are operated according to the standard rules published by the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and others). In the event of any discrepancy between game results displayed on the slopk interface and the results recorded on the provider's server, the provider's server records shall be definitive.
5.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on slopk — including cricket, PSL, ICC, football, UFC, and other sports — are governed by standard sports betting rules applicable to each market type. Bets placed on voided events will be refunded to your PKR wallet. In-play bets accepted before an event is declared void will be settled according to the applicable rules for that sport.
5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, the outcome of any affected round will be determined by the game provider's server records. slopk is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
5.4 Bet Limits. slopk may apply minimum and maximum bet limits to individual games or markets at any time. These limits will be displayed within the game or market interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slopk platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

7.3 Under-18 Protection. slopk takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account forfeited. 7.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from slopk can do so by contacting support via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. slopk will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but does not guarantee complete prevention of access in all technical scenarios. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for the minimum period requested by the player.
All content on the slopk platform — including but not limited to the slopk brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of slopk or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any slopk content without prior written permission from slopk. Game content is licensed from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI, and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.
9.1 slopk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slopk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 slopk shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the slopk platform, even if slopk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 slopk's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their slopk account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.4 slopk shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from causes beyond slopk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, banking system outages, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
slopk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the slopk platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data collected includes but is not limited to your registered Pakistani mobile number, CNIC details provided during KYC, transaction history, game activity logs, and device and connection information. slopk uses this data to operate the platform, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. slopk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
slopk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slopk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or via an on-screen notification upon next login. Your continued use of the slopk platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the slopk platform and may close your account.
12.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or the use of the slopk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under the licensing jurisdiction of the slopk platform operator.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between a player and slopk, the player should first contact slopk support via live chat to attempt resolution informally. slopk will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly, ordinarily within 14 days of receiving a formal complaint.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body or arbitration process as designated by the applicable licensing authority.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or gaming regulations.
